Informational fee ranges for retail profitability engagements. Final quotes follow a short scoping call.
Fees are quoted per engagement. We do not sell monthly software seats. The ranges below help you budget before a scoping call; travel, multi-brand ledgers, and incomplete export histories may adjust the number.

How we estimate
- Number of outlets and whether they share one chart of accounts
- Which retail or commerce apps produce the daily sales file
- Months of history required
- Whether we visit the floor in Penang or travel further
- Language of source documents and need for bilingual findings
Deposits
A 40% deposit confirms the start date. The balance is due on delivery of the final findings pack. See our refund policy for how deposits and cancellations are handled.
